The design intention of PEG Beer Co. was to keep as much of the original character of the building as possible, including the exposed brick, concrete floors and the original beams within, while taking advantage of the building’s location in the heart of the historic exchange district. A large window between the brewery and the restaurant was designed to enhance the guest experience, where people could peer into the ongoings of beer production.
